Simon is an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist who holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University. Simon graduated in 1988 and has worked exclusively in criminal law.
As part of his extensive experience Simon has represented clients in the Children's' Court, Koori Court, Magistrates' Court, County Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Simon is highly skilled in matters such as contested hearings, children's advocacy, bail applications, pleas of guilty and criminal trials.

Mel has a Bachelor of Laws graduating with Honours from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
As well as being an excellent criminal law advocate, Mel is recognised as a gifted communicator who quickly and easily builds rapport. She is innovative, friendly and solution focused.

Jack holds 3 degrees including a Bachelor of Science and and a Bachelor of Business from RMIT. Jack studied a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University, graduating in 2017. Jack went on to complete his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute, before being admitted to practice in 2018.
Along with English, Jack speaks fluent Mandarin.
Gemma completed a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology at Deakin University, graduating in 2019. She then completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law. Gemma has a keen interest in criminal law and family violence matters.
She is client focused, diligent and an excellent client advocate. Gemma aspires to one day join the judiciary.
Chloe is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology at Deakin University and will graduate this year. Upon completion of her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice Chloe intends to work exclusively in the Victorian criminal law jurisdiction.
